Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or using any Jonn Compliance Network (“JCN”, “we”, “us”, “our”) services, courses, training programmes, resources, tools, or mentorship offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services and/or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms apply to all Services provided by Jonn Compliance Network. By enrolling in any course, programme, or receiving Services from JCN, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Services and Delivery

2.1 Description of Services.
JCN provides compliance and financial crime training, career support, mentorship, interview preparation, CV and LinkedIn enhancement, and related Services. The detailed scope, schedule, and content of your purchased Services will be provided on your invoice or registration confirmation.

2.2 Delivery.
Training may be delivered online, through live sessions, recorded content, group platforms (e.g., WhatsApp/other channels), or one-to-one formats.

2.3 Access.
Access to course materials and platforms is provided for a specified period as communicated at enrolment. Continued access beyond that period may incur additional fees.

3. Acceptance of Terms

3.1 By purchasing, registering, accessing, or using any Services you confirm that:

• You have reviewed and are satisfied that the Services meet your needs; and

• You understand that results (such as job placement or certification) are not guaranteed solely by participation or completion.

3.2 You agree that no refunds will be provided once access to Services or training materials has commenced, except as required by law.

4. Payments & Registration

4.1 Registration.
Your place on any programme is only confirmed upon full payment or agreed deposit prior to the start of the Service.

4.2 Deposit and Fees.
All deposits and fees are non-refundable once paid.

4.3 Receipts and Confirmation.
Upon receipt of payment, JCN will issue a confirmation email, at which point a legally binding contract between you and JCN is established.

5. Cancellation, Deferral & Refunds

5.1 No refunds are available once you have accessed course materials or enrolled in the Services.

5.2 Deferral of programmes may be considered at JCN’s discretion, but your course fees remain payable as scheduled.

5.3 In exceptional circumstances, JCN may consider a refund request, subject to a processing period (e.g., 30 days) and administrative fees where applicable.

6. Code of Conduct and Use

6.1 You agree to use JCN Services lawfully and professionally.

6.2 You must not reproduce, distribute, record, share, or resell any proprietary JCN content unless authorised in writing.

6.3 JCN reserves the right to terminate Services if you behave in a threatening, abusive, disruptive, or unprofessional manner.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All training materials, recordings, content, and intellectual property provided by JCN remain the exclusive property of JCN.

7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use these materials only for the duration and purpose of the Services.

8. Communication

8.1 Official communications may be issued via email, WhatsApp, LMS, or other platforms designated by JCN.

8.2 You agree to keep communication channels active and ensure receipt of information related to your programme.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, JCN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from your use of the Services.

9.2 You understand and agree that JCN does not guarantee job offers, placements, certifications, or specific outcomes.

10. Changes to Terms

JCN reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or communicated to you, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction, e.g., England & Wales]. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within that jurisdiction.
